The services presented on this site and Travelotopos Booking Site include hiking experiences, Wineries, museums and other cultural visits, walking cultural tours, some of the services provide external/Individual Contractors’ Luxury Transportation Services, Wellness Retreats Organisation Services, Event Planning.

These General Terms of Use may at any time be supplemented, amended or replaced by additional provisions, without prior notice. The use of our website implies your explicit and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you disagree with them, please do not use our website.

The Company has the right to prevent access to its Website, at any time, at its sole discretion, to delete malicious comments posted on the Internet and at social media that manages and to adopt all the necessary protection measures in case of violations of these Terms of Use.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Using our Booking System provided by TRAVELOTOPOS LTD –  https://santoriniadventure.travelotopos.com/ , you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund under the policy explicitly written at each product’s web page on this website and/or travelotopos’ website before purchasing. Some servises are under “Cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund” policy whereas other “up to 36 hours” and so on. The same if you reserve through this website (Santorini Adventure) by sending a note and paying directly to our banking account. A confirmation and a Cancellation Policy – Refund Policy will be communicated to you by email while making a reservation and paying a deposit – full amount.

Furthermore, each product may have a specific policy for no-shows as well:

“Cancellation Policy & No-Shows

No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made before the below release periods:

  • For no-shows, or cancellations less than (see above) hours prior to tour time 100% of the amount is charged
  • Please note that you shall be at your arranged pick-up point 5 minutes prior your pick-up time, as the vehicle will depart immediately. Kindly be informed that in case of you failing to catch your pick-up and /or us not to be able to reach you at your designated contact number (switched-off or unreachable), this may occur to you seeking alternative means of transport in order to meet the group, for which the company brings no responsibility. Otherwise, your non-arrival will be considered as a no-show and relevant policy will be applied

Cancellation penalties will not be applied for cancellations resulting directly or indirectly from nature, delays, cancellations and incidents related to the sea or weather conditions, acts of government or other authorities, de jure or de facto, hostilities, civil disturbances, terrorist attacks, strikes, riots, delays or cancellations or changes in itinerary or schedules, or from any causes beyond the control of the distributor. “

Personal Details kept during the booking procedure from our booking system Travelotopos, or by sending a note to our contact details on this site in order to reserve – book – pay the desired service:

  1. Some cookies to this website and Travelotopos site to improve the web/purchasing experience,
  2. Name, Surname, Telephone Number, Hotel you stay at the specific period, and all of these for the booking procedure and the communication with you afterwards to organize the adventure experience. No other use of any of your personal details further and beyond the internal statistical use in order to improve the quality of our services. There will be no personal information sharing to third parties (except of Governmental – Authorities such as Police, Hospitals, Fire Brigade, etc. in case of a majeure event e.g.): Santorini Adventure, its booking System Travelotopos LTD and its Insurance Agency Allianz Hellas (for the client’s Liability Insurance during the experience service) only can collect.

By continuing on this website and processing your booking, you consent unconditionally to the above.

ALPHA BANK SECURE PAYMENTS

All Payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Nexi e-commerce” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

JURISDICTION

These General Terms of Use are governed by Greek law. For any dispute arising from the operation and use of this website and which cannot be resolved out of court, the courts of Thessaloniki are competent.
